How do I place an order?


You can place your order online via our website www.vdh-solar.nl. You can also email your order to order@vdh-solar.nl

 

I have lost my login details, how can I request them again?

Please contact our sales team via info@vdh-solar.nl or 0172 235 990. One of our employees will help you to request your login details again. You can also click "Forgotten your password?" When logging in just follow the instructions.

 

Until what time can I place my order?

At VDH Solar the following applies: orders placed today will be delivered the next working day if in stock. Our sales team is available Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 18:00 to process your orders. If in doubt, we recommend that you contact our sales team via info@vdh-solar.nl or 0172 235 990. You can place your order online via our website www.vdh-solar.nl. You can also email your order to order@vdh-solar.nl

 

I want to cancel my (webshop) order, how can I indicate this?

Contact us directly by telephone at 0172 235 990 to cancel your order as soon as possible. If you have already received the order, the order can be returned. Please see our shipping & returns page for more information about product returns. Click here for the shipping & returns page.

 

Do you also sell to private individuals or only to certified installers?

VDH Solar only supplies to certified installers who are affiliated with a solar / installation-related industry. It is of course possible to link you to a company near you. If you are interested in this, please contact our sales team via info@vdh-solar.nl or 0172 235 990.

 

Do you also sell outside the Netherlands?

VDH Solar also supplies its products abroad. Indicate when placing your order where the items can be delivered. Note: This may involve transport costs. If the order value is above 250 euros, VDH Solar will deliver your order within the Netherlands utterly free of charge. We have attractive transport rates for de Waddeneilanden, Belgium, Germany, and other EU countries.

 

Can I add a time delivery to my order?

At VDH Solar it is possible to add a time delivery (in The Netherlands) to your order. The time delivery only applies from Monday to Friday:

- Time delivery in a block of 1 hour: 100 euros
- Time delivery in a block of 2 hours: 75 euros
- Time delivery in a block of 4 hours: 40 euros

For Belgium, we use the following time deliveries, which are valid from Monday to Friday:

- Time delivery in a block of 1 hour: 150 euros
- Time delivery in a block of 4 hours: 80 euros

Can I also pick up my order?

When ordering, indicate that you would like to pick up your order. You can pick up your order from Monday to Friday between 07:00 and 17:00. Our address is Finlandlaan 1, 2391 PV Hazerswoude-Dorp.

 

When will my order be delivered?

At VDH Solar the following applies: orders placed today will be delivered the next working day if in stock. Our sales team is available Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 18:00 to process your orders. For the delivery of our products, we work together with Dobbe Transport and UPS. Delivery by Dobbe Transport is on the specified delivery date between 08:00 and 18:00 unless a timed delivery has been requested. After your order has been processed and picked up, you will receive an e-mail via Dobbe Transport with the status of your delivery and an expected delivery time. Someone must be present to receive the goods. If we cannot receive the order, we are forced to pass on the costs of the 2nd delivery to you. Can I also have my order delivered on location?

You can have your order delivered on location. When ordering, indicate where the order must be delivered and we will take care of the rest.

  

Do you also deliver on weekends?

Unfortunately, VDH Solar does not deliver on weekends. You can, however, opt for a morning delivery on Monday, so that you receive your order in the morning.

 

I want to receive or collect my order on the same day, what should I do about this?

Contact our sales team directly via 0172 235 990 to discuss the possibilities.

 

 

Returns

 

I have ordered the wrong products, can this be returned?

If you have ordered too many or ordered the wrong products, you can return them by filling in the general RMA form. Read the conditions carefully and fill in the general RMA form. This way you are assured of a faster processing of your return notification. Click here for the RMA form.

 

Within how many days can something be returned?

The buyer is obliged to check the delivered products immediately upon receipt. Any defects found must be reported to VDH Solar within 48 hours. Do you register your return after 14 working days? Then only 75% of the order amount will be reimbursed. Urgent delivery of your products is only possible if you have notified VDH Solar of any defects within 24 hours of receipt of the products.

 

How can I exchange a defective inverter or solar panel at VDH Solar?

Do you have complaints or do you receive reports of a defective inverter? Contact the supplier directly. SolarEdge and GoodWe have their return service policy.
